2009 Miss Teen Rodeo Florida

Sheila is the 14 year old daughter of Tim and Beth Shirah from St. Cloud Florida.  She is a 9th grader at Harmony High School where she enjoys an athletic career in Track and Field, specializing in Cross Country.  Her hobbies include running, working cows, showing steers in 4-H, working her colt, riding horses, hunting, fishing, volleyball, going to the beach, surfing and spending time with her friends and family.

Sheila is also no stranger to the rodeo queen world winning the coveted and prestigious title of 2004 Little Miss Silver Spurs Queen. She takes pride in being a Silver Spurs Riding Club Member and likes riding in the Quadrille and carrying the Sponsors and Spurs flag.
 
Sheila says, “It will be an honor traveling as an ambassador to promote the Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association and the men and women who compete to keep this great Sport alive.  Rodeo has always been a very important part of my life and the new responsibilities of educating others who may not have experienced this fine tradition is a passion of mine, fulfilling a dream.”
